Who we are

Corvacity LLC ("we", "us") is a credit repair organization based in Marlton, New Jersey. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you give us in the consultation request form or the booking calendar (name, phone, email and what you tell us about your goal), the date, time and wording of any consent you give, the page you sent it from, and your IP address and browser type at that moment (kept with the consent record); information you share during consultations; and standard website data such as pages visited and device and browser information. This website’s fonts and images are served from our own site, so viewing it sends no request to third-party font or tracking services unless you accept cookies or open the booking calendar.

Cookies and advertising measurement

When you first visit, a banner asks whether we may measure our advertising. If you decline, we store only your choice (a “corvacity_consent” cookie and a matching browser-storage entry, both kept for 180 days) and no tracking loads. If you accept, we load a Meta (Facebook) pixel, which sets Meta’s _fbp and _fbc cookies and reports page views and consultation requests to Meta so we can measure our ads; we may also send Meta a hashed version of the contact details you submit (its Conversions API) for the same purpose. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; declining removes Meta’s cookies from this site and stops the pixel from loading again. The booking calendar is provided by our scheduling platform (LeadConnector) and loads only when you open it.

Booking calendar

The calendar is run by our scheduling platform (LeadConnector, also known as HighLevel) and loads only when you open it or choose a Book button. When it loads, it connects to that platform’s servers, which may set their own cookies and load their own scripts and fonts, including from Google servers, under that platform’s privacy terms. Until then this website makes no request to it.

How we use it

To respond to your request, provide and manage our services, send appointment confirmations and reminders, communicate by phone, email and (only if you opted in) text, and improve this website and our marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

Text messages are optional. If you tick the SMS box, you agree to receive account, appointment and customer-care text messages from Corvacity at the number provided. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. We record the date, time and wording of your consent. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (our customer relationship platform, scheduling, email and messaging providers, and credit-report data providers you authorize), with Meta for advertising measurement if you accepted cookies, and where required by law. No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared, sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to any third party, affiliate, or lead-generation company.

Client onboarding

If you become a client, onboarding takes place on our separate client-services platform, which collects the identity and account information needed to open your file and shows its own privacy terms. This website does not collect that information.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@corvacity.com or calling (856) 500-9999. Reply STOP to end text messages, and use “Cookie settings” in the footer to withdraw advertising consent.

We may update this policy; the date on this page is the date of the current version.
